Thermal imaging
Temperature mapping reveals hidden moisture behind walls, floors and ceilings without touching the surface.
Acoustic detection
High sensitivity listening equipment isolates pressurised water escaping through walls, slabs and pipe networks.
Wall and floor scanning
Non invasive scanning locates concealed pipe routes and voids behind finished surfaces before anything is opened.
Robotic drain camera
A flexible camera inside the pipe network confirms cracks, joint separation and blockage points from the inside.
Dye testing
Tracer dye introduced at selected drainage points proves the leakage pathway and confirms the connection.
Pressure testing
Controlled pressurisation of supply lines. A stable gauge rules a system out. A drop confirms an active leak.
