A 240 litre per day industrial dehumidifier for drying out floods, leaks and damp spaces. Take it as dry hire, or as a fully monitored drying service with a signed completion certificate.
We rent out a 240 litre per day industrial dehumidifier and run structural drying across Dubai, so a flooded or leak damaged space is dried back to a safe moisture level before any finishes go back on.
Drying is the step most people skip after a leak. Paint over a wet wall or tile over a wet screed and the damp comes back, mould follows, and the repair fails. Our dehumidifier pulls the water back out of the structure first, measured and recorded, so the reinstatement actually holds. It is the same drying stage written into every Leak Lab investigation report.
After a burst pipe, a bathroom or roof leak, an overflow or a pool failure. After the irrigation or drainage floods we see in Dubai villas. Drying out a basement, a lift pit or a tanked wall. Pulling moisture out of a new screed, plaster or a fresh waterproofing substrate before the next trade. Clearing damp and condensation from a warehouse, store room or server space.
High extraction for serious water loads, far beyond a domestic dehumidifier.
2,500 cubic metres of air an hour, built for large rooms, basements and whole floors.
Drains through a hose, so it runs unattended without a tank to empty.
Runs on a suitable standard or three phase supply, confirmed before delivery.
Dry hire. We deliver the unit, set it in place and show you how to run it, and you keep it running for the hire period. Best when you have your own team on site and just need the machine.
Monitored drying. We place the unit, take baseline moisture readings, return on a set interval to log humidity and material moisture, and adjust the drying as it progresses. When the readings pass, we issue a signed drying completion certificate on Leak Lab letterhead. This is what buildings, owners and insurers want to see, and it protects you because finishes only go back once the structure is proven dry.
Dry hire or monitored drying across Dubai. We confirm the rate, deposit, delivery and hire period before the unit leaves our store.
